OUR PHILOSOPHY OF LEARNING

We believe that learning is a profoundly social experience that is best experienced by cohorts in real life environments. Our programs utilise coaching as part of social learning, building organisational capability prior to commencing a learning journey.

Our programs are designed to integrate seamlessly with the Mentem Insights Platform, providing coaches and leaders with real time insights into learner progress and identifying those in need of additional support.

With an extensive track record in adult learning and educational design, the award winning Mentem team will challenge and engage learners as they skill and reskill for the future.

Mentem learning programs are customised through - 6 Design levers :

Digital Literacy Program Overview:

The Digital literacy program develops an awareness of and ability to access, evaluate, create, and communicate information safely and appropriately through digital technologies. Learners will acquire the ability to collaborate, and problem solve online, and the skills required to maintain currency in a rapidly changing digital environment. Topics include: • Interacting and communicating through digital technologies • Information and Data Literacy • Creating and managing digital content • Digital Safety • Problem solving with technology • Self-development and Digital Evolution

Coaching

Coaching Program Overview:

Coaches are critical to the success of Mentem learning. Mentem’s coaching program develops an organisations’ subject matter experts into coaches, connecting them to learners and building the capability to scale learning across the organisation. Topics include: • Fundamentals of coaching • Coaching Frameworks • Coaching in Practice

Business Process Modelling

Business Process Modelling Program Overview:

The Business Process Modelling (BPM) program will teach leaners Business Process Management concepts, equip them with the skills to facilitate Business Process Modelling and enable them to identify and recommend Business Process Improvements. Topics include: • BPM Concepts • Enterprise Process Management • Business Process Identification and Analysis • Business Process Models Usage • Process Analysis • Process Redesign

Data Analytics

Data Analytics Program Overview:

The Data Analytics program will teach learners how the effective use of data can generate value by supporting effective decision making. It provides best practice guidelines on how data should be collected, governed, managed and communicated. Topics include: • How to use (and not use) data • The value of data in organisations • Thinking critically about data • Communicating data to an audience • Data visualisation • Data governance, risk and safe use of data
