This 4-course program leads to RPL at UNSW. It develops an awareness of BPM concepts and the ability to perform process identification. discovery, create ‘as-is’ models using BPM notation and suggest process improvements.

Data driven decision making is a learned skill. To improve business outcomes with a data driven mindset, learners will gain demonstrable capabilities in data collection, analysis, and visualization, including technical skills in Excel, Tableau and SQL. Augmented by critical communication and cross-cutting skills, this program may be eligible for RPL at UNSW.

Designed to ensure that everyone can thrive in the digital economy, this course develops learners' ability to access, evaluate, create, and communicate information safely and responsibly through digital technologies. Learners will acquire the skills to problem-solve online, while learning how to remain up to date with evolving digital environments.

Sustainability

The Mentem Sustainability Program introduces sustainable business models as they apply to corporate social and environmental sustainability. Learners will explore supply chain management, ethical frameworks and develop competence in evaluating business readiness to achieve net zero and an understanding of the regulatory framework and reporting requirement of their organisation.
